Go through these terms before you start using Digitalpilot. When you access our Service, you're accepting these conditions as they are.
Interpretation and Definitions
Words that start with a capital letter have specific meanings listed below. The definitions work the same way whether we use them one at a time or more than once. What these Terms and Conditions mean: • Affiliate is any company that controls, gets controlled by, or works under the same control as another party. • Country means the United States. • Company (also called "Digitalpilot", "We", "Us", "Our") is this produce marketplace. • Device is whatever you use to get to the Service. Computer, phone, tablet, whatever. • Service is the Digitalpilot website and marketplace. • Terms and Conditions ("Terms") is the whole agreement between you and Digitalpilot about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service is any outside service that shows up on or gets included in our Service. • Website is Digitalpilot's online marketplace. • You is the person or company using or trying to use the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms control how Digitalpilot gets used. They're the agreement between you and us and spell out what you can and can't do. Using the Service means you accept these Terms. The moment you access it or start using it, you're agreeing to follow them. Don't use the Service if you don't agree with any part of it. You also have to be at least 18 years old. Digitalpilot doesn't let anyone younger use it.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service might link to websites or services we don't own or run. We can't control what those sites do, and we're not responsible for their content, privacy rules, or how they operate. You accept that Digitalpilot isn't liable for any harm or loss that comes from using or depending on stuff from third-party sites, goods, or services.
Termination
We can cut off your access right away, no warning, no liability, for whatever reason—especially if you break these Terms. Once we do that, you lose the right to use the Service.
Limitation of Liability
No matter what damages pile up, Digitalpilot's total liability is capped at what you paid us through the Service or a hundred dollars if you haven't bought anything. Under the law's maximum limits, Digitalpilot and its suppliers won't be liable for special, accidental, indirect, or follow-on damages like lost profits, lost data, business disruption, harm to you personally, or privacy loss from using the Service or not being able to use it. This holds even if we knew it could happen and even if the fix doesn't work the way it should.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service shows up as-is and as-available, with all its problems and flaws, with zero warranty. Within the law's limits, Digitalpilot drops all warranties—express, implied, legal, whatever—including the ones that say it's fit to sell, that it works for what you need, that it's actually yours, and that it doesn't steal anyone else's stuff. Digitalpilot doesn't promise anything about (i) how the Service runs or stays up, what information or content or products are in it; (ii) that it won't break or mess up; (iii) that anything in there is right, trustworthy, or current; or (iv) that the Service, servers, content, or emails don't have viruses, code, worms, malware, or other bad stuff in them.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country control these Terms and how you use the Service, but we're not using their conflict rules. Other laws might apply too depending on where you are. If something goes wrong or you're upset about the Service, you agree to try fixing it informally first by reaching out to Digitalpilot.
Compliance & Regulations
EU customers get the benefit of whatever mandatory rules exist in your home country's law. If you're in the United States, you're confirming that you're not in a country the U.S. has blocked or flagged as supporting terrorism and you're not on any U.S. government banned or restricted list.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced or is invalid, we'll change it to make it work as much as the law allows. Everything else stays in place. Not using a right or pushing for something under these Terms doesn't kill it for later. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean we're okay with the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms might be in other languages if you're seeing them on our Service. If there's a conflict, the original English version wins. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least 30 days' heads up before the new terms kick in. Keep using the Service after the update and you're locked into the new version. These terms are in effect starting August 20, 2026.
